Shipping Information

Delivery

Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. However, we do have some suppliers that will ship the product directly to our customer across Australia for some specific products. Those products will mention that they are shipped directly from the supplier.

We will use Australia Post or a courier of our choice to deliver the items to the customer and aim to ship the items within 3 business days *.

* Subject to change due to external factors we cannot be in control of. Couriers etc.

Delivery Fees

We offer Standard Delivery for all parcels Australia wide for a flat rate of $10.00.

Free shipping for orders over $50.00

• Please note that our standard delivery does not include exceedingly heavy or bulky items. Bulky or heavy items have individual shipping costs based on their physical weight. These specific items will be labelled as “bulky” on the product page. If your order contains both bulky items, they may be shipped from separate locations.
